Touch uses open banking integrations, giving clients the option to connect and authenticate their bank accounts securely through the app.

Once connected, clients can instruct a deposit directly through the app. The payment will be processed in near real time, and invested in line with the adviser’s instructions.

Withdrawal instructions into authenticated bank accounts using cleared funds normally arrive within minutes.
