Instructions created by advisers on the Touch web platform are sent directly to the client’s app. Clients can then review and approve the instructions securely in a couple of taps, without any need for secure emails or wet signatures.
To ensure their account is kept secure at all times, multi-factor authentication is used whenever a client accesses the app.
